What counts as a "voice minute"?

Accepted Answer

Active conversation time — the moment the user picks up to the moment the call ends. Hold music, IVR menus, and the agent's thinking-time silences all count toward minutes since they keep the channel open. We round to the nearest second; you only pay for what you used.

Do early-bird discounts really lock in for life?

Yes. Sign up before public launch and your first paid plan price is locked for the lifetime of the account. We grandfather you across plan changes — you only pay more if you actively upgrade tiers.

Can I bring my own API keys?

Accepted Answer

On Growth and Enterprise. Bring your own OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, ElevenLabs, or Cartesia keys — we handle routing, retries, and observability while you keep usage and billing on your own accounts. The Saaya bill in that case is the platform fee only.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

You'll get an in-app warning at 80% and 95% utilization. At 100% your agents continue serving traffic at standard overage rates (charged on the next invoice), unless you set a hard cap. No surprise shutoffs, no surprise bills.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — monthly plans cancel immediately, annual plans are pro-rated. Your data is exportable up to 30 days post-cancellation. No retention games.

Two months free on the Growth plan when paid annually. Enterprise plans are negotiated based on commit and usage projection.
